Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these terms and the trading disclaimer. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you live. Updated 4 October 2026.
Service and risk
FundedProtocol supplies subscription-based trading calls and related market content. You make your own trading decisions. Content does not guarantee profits, execution, suitability or a particular accuracy. Trading may cause substantial loss. Reported performance is historical, administrator-reported information and is not independently verified unless stated. Calls do not constitute custody or management of your trading funds.
Plans, prices and renewal
Checkout displays the selected plan, USD price and applicable coupon discount before payment. Individual market plans are initially $299 for 30 days; ALL Markets is initially $599. Administrators may change future prices. Indices & Stocks includes both groups; ALL Markets includes indices, stocks, currency, commodity and crypto. Access begins when payment is verified or an eligible free coupon is redeemed. Renewals extend from the later of current expiry or activation. Renewal is manual; this service does not automatically debit you.
Payments and coupons
Pay only the coin and network shown at checkout. FundedProtocol absorbs NOWPayments checkout processing fees; your wallet or exchange may impose an independent sending fee. Incorrect-network transfers, unpaid or incomplete transactions do not activate access. Coupons apply only to their configured plan and validity period and cannot be combined. A 100% coupon is redeemable once per account per category under the configured redemption rules.
One Telegram account
Each website account may link one verified Telegram user. Username verification requires starting the bot from the dashboard link. Phone verification requires sharing your own Telegram contact with a matching international number. Group entry requires a join request; the bot approves the verified user only while access is active. Account sharing, forwarding paid content or selling access is prohibited. Account changes require administrator assistance.
Access and conduct
You must keep your login secure and follow group rules. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or shared access, investigate payment disputes and remove expired memberships. Expiry enforcement runs on scheduled checks; continued group visibility does not renew a subscription. Provider outages or maintenance may temporarily affect service.
Refunds and payment issues
Report duplicate charges, missing access, payment mistakes or service problems promptly to the administrator through your service bot or verified group, with the order reference. Refund eligibility is assessed for the specific transaction and applicable consumer rights. No fixed blanket refund exclusion is imposed by this template. Crypto refunds may require a verified compatible destination and provider processing. Trading losses are not subscription refunds.
Privacy and limitations
Our Privacy Policy explains processing of account, Telegram, consent and payment records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted service or responsibility for your independent trading decisions.
Support and changes
Use the FundedProtocol service bot or the administrator in your verified subscription group for service and privacy requests. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through service channels.
